We attended the Enterprise in Food Course run by Business Link. It was here that we were advised to go on the Safer Food Better Business Course. This we did and I would recommend it if you are in the food business. This is because we had a three hour class session and most importantly we also had a three hour individual session. This was a good opportunity to focus on our procedures. It provides a good training manual for future staff. It covers everything from the clothes you use to individual components of your recipes. It was designed by the Food Standards Agency.
